I am among a number of vets trained twice a week at the Kyogle Community Gym by Kellie Handford. Over a number of months Kelly has always treated us in a professional and pleasant way. Kelly ensures that each individual does not try to go above the his potential paying particular attention to the less fit vets and working the hell out of the fitter ones. I have definitely noticed the difference in myself and the other vets and would recommend Kellie’s classes to any other vets out there that have ‘let it slide a bit’ over the last few years.
    Good on you Kelly !!!!!!!

How exciting! A Gym for Kyogle.

I think there should be opportunities for working people to get to the Gym so please have some AH sessions. Especially as many of us sit in front of computers a lot of our working day. Early mornings are also good. For many of us who work in Lismore or Casino, we would probably need to be finished by 7.30 am

I personally would be happy with a Saturday afternoon session too. Just after lunch so I could do the markets and then Gym without waiting around. I live out of town.

Lucky us; we have all these ways to get fit and no fast food chains. We must never allow them in! Our lovely cafes and restaurants are all we need. Let’s be the fittest town on the North Coast!!
